Leadership and Employment
At Apl Financial Pty Ltd leadership and your job go hand in hand.
How successful or unsuccessful your career is ultimately determined by you.
Successful careers occur due to people taking control of their destiny and being prepared to move on when their job does not meet their expectations.
It is virtually impossible to know where any given job will take you and most young people take a job in a field they have some interest in, discover what they like and don’t like about it and what they are good and bad at, and then, in time, change jobs to get something closer to the right fit.
As you move from job to job hopefully the job fit will get closer to your ideal job, however trade offs will be necessary as the job will never be a perfect fit.
You may enjoy your work but wish the money was better. You may enjoy your work which pays well but the job requires a lot of travel away from home.
